But before you start, let me give you one piece of advice that will help you get more value from this book.
First, don’t rush to read it as fast as possible, even if it’s tempting. Ideally, read one chapter a day.
Second, pick one simple habit that would be easy for you to perform on a daily basis. It doesn’t matter which one — study a new language for 10 minutes a day, read a book for 10 minutes a day, or do some cleaning for 10 or 5 minutes, again, every day.
Stick to that habit while you’re reading the book. But remember, only one chapter a day.
