Honestly, I cannot understand why there is so much hype around Bun. I do not care about Deno either but at least I can understand the rationale. With deno authors trying to fix past mistakes, emphasizing Rust, security, typescript, dependency management, etc, those pain points that experienced engineers care about. As for Bun, the speed is the only thing I keep hearing about. Is it generated by newbies who know only requests per second metric?
