Well, that is the point of my question. I do understand WASM and its limitations. Those limitations provides its security. But WASI, is like JNI. If WASM with system interface will not be secure. WASM is great for scripting and host will define its permissions. But WASI... If WASM app is standalone with access to like a native app why not just build that app without any runtimes...🤔
